Constant worry, restlessness, problems concentrating, repeatedly going over thoughts
Social Anxiety
Extreme anxiety in social situations, intense fear of embarrassment, avoidance of social situations
Post Traumatic Stress
Unwanted/haunting memories or nightmares of a trauma, avoidance of situations that bring back the trauma, agitation, irritability
Depression
Persistent feelings of sadness, apathy, guilt, hopelessness, poor or excessive sleep, difficulty with concentration
Adjustment Disorder
Stress that is causing significant problems in your life, feeling anxious and worried, difficulty with sleep, feeling overwhelmed, difficulty functioning in daily activities.
Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by trouble falling and staying asleep that persists for some time and interferes with daily functioning. Insomnia can co-exist with other medical and emotional problems. Our providers are trained in CBT-I (CBT for Insomnia). Treatment might include tracking sleep with a sleep diary.
